PARLIAMENT COUNTERMANDS EXEMPTIONS TO THE MANDATORY FISCAL REPORTING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SALES

When converting the so-called “decree-law on Growth” into law, Parliament backtracked on a previous decision and reintroduced the obligation to report sales of alcoholic beverages by a number of businesses which had been exonerated in 2017, when the so-called “law on competition” had introduced an exemption for shops and stores, entertainment venues, inns and hotels and mountain lodges.
