Michele Frattini
Labour Consultant
Mr Frattini graduated in Pre-Law on the 20th of March, 2018, at the Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome.
He has been a registered labour consultant since the 20th of June, 1994, with Register Number 453.
He is currently Chairman of the Varese Provincial Council of Labour Consultants.
He has an extensive expertise in labor law.
He is also a member of OMCC, a nationwide mediation and conciliation service, with Register Number 158
Claudio Pozzobon
Accountant and Auditor
Mr Pozzobon graduated in Economics and Business on the 16th of February, 1996, from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
He is a registered expert accountant for the district over which the Court of Varese has jurisdiction (register number 543, dated March 27, 2009).
He is a registered auditor as indicated in the Ministerial Decree dated 28/7/2009, published in the official Journal of Record of the Italian Government (Gazzetta Ufficiale) of 1/9/2009 no. 4 special series No. 67, with registration number 156032.
He also holds a Master in Corporate Finance and a Master in Financial Leasing, both from Milan’s SDA Bocconi Business Management School.
